Hoof it like your life depends on it: Brisk walking for up to 75 minutes per week can increase your life expectancy by 1.8 years, according to a study published in the journal PLOS Medicine.
In the study, researchers tracked the activity levels of 654,827
people ages 21 to 90. Ten years later, they followed up to see who had
passed away.
After crunching the numbers, researchers linked even small increases
